Hera (2024)

Hera is a company on a mission to promote access to quality healthcare for women. Women’s healthcare has historically faced immense barriers regarding gender bias, accessibility, and reproductive health.

There is a very obvious lack in education, conversation, and awareness when it comes to periods, especially for youth. As a team of three designers, my classmates and I designed the Hera brand, which dignifies the process of menstruation and provides quality tools to help consumers navigate life changes with confidence. This is evident through our use of deep red and shameless approach to starting and contributing to conversations related to women’s bodies.




Hera is an ancient Greek goddess who plays with futurism and fables of Greek mythology, with a strong association with womanhood. Hera serves as the protectress of women during childbirth.
